Food and friends

All of our nom! programs blend useful nutrition tips with cooking together before the best part – sharing a meal with new friends. Hosting a program in your community is a great way to connect community members through a love of healthy tasty food. It is tasty learning for life.

It makes a difference, the people you do these things with. I didn’t know one or two of the group well, but I know them better now. The people that came got a lot of enjoyment out of it. It’s good to get together, it’s a social thing.
